403 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 403 platform. Please read these terms carefully in full before registering or using any of the services provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using the 403 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 403 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 403 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

The 403 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online betting and gambling activities are permitted. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the local laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Creation & User Security

To access the full range of 403 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 403 will never ask for your password via email, message, or any other channel. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, please contact our support team immediately.

Registration details must be accurate and verifiable.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
Using another person's identity or false information is strictly prohibited.
Accounts cannot be transferred or shared with another person.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a user of the 403 platform, you agree to use the service solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 403 platform:

Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate games or the betting system.
Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion with other players, or manipulation of game outcomes.
Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
Using the platform for money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities.
Distributing offensive or threatening content, or content that infringes on the rights of any party, through the platform's communication channels.
Accessing another person's account without authorisation, or assisting others in committing any violation of these terms.

403 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, voiding of winnings, or reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the 403 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are your own and have been obtained through lawful means.

403 accepts a range of local payment methods, including eWallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, as well as internet banking transfers. Minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are stated in the Deposit and Withdrawal section of your account.

Deposit: Credited to your account upon successful payment verification, typically within a few minutes.
Withdrawals: Processed in accordance with standard verification procedures. Processing times depend on the chosen method and are subject to security checks.
Transaction Cancellation: Processed deposits cannot be reversed. Withdrawals still showing a "processing" status may be cancelled before they are completed — check the status in your account.
Transaction Fraud: Any fraudulent attempt involving a transaction will result in account freezing and a report being filed with the relevant authorities.

403 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal that requires additional review for compliance and fraud prevention purposes. In such cases, you may be asked to provide relevant identity verification documents.

5. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

403 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision within these terms and conditions.
Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
Repeated violations of game rules or platform usage guidelines.
Account closure requested by the user on their own initiative.

If your account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be withheld while an investigation is conducted. A final decision regarding your account balance will be communicated to you through your registered communication channel.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 403 customer support team. Closure requests will be processed once all pending withdrawals have been settled.

6. Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

Limitation of Liability

The 403 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding service continuity, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. 403 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical issues, internet connectivity failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall 403's total liability to you exceed the active balance in your account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 403 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, graphics, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of 403 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 403.

Third-Party Links

The 403 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. 403 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

403 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For material changes, you will be notified via in-platform notifications or your registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where 403 is registered. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism set out in this agreement.
